We require payment in full for any tiles supplied & where appropriate other ancillary items. The amount will be advised to the customer in advance. Settlement of the final invoice will be required within seven days of satisfactory completion of the work. Interim payments will be requested where appropriate.

We endeavour to leave all our customers entirely satisfied, on the rare occasions things don't turn out to your satisfaction, for whatever reason, please draw it to our attention at the
earliest opportunity & we will do our best to rectify it. To ensure the work is progressing to the standards you would expect please highlight any concerns you may have in order that they can be
addressed. In the very unlikely event that there are problems we cannot resolve using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute
